POLICIES

• Families with children and groups with at least one person over 30 are welcome! Groups of visitors all under 30 are not accepted.

• Check-in is from 4:00p.m. - Check-out is by 11:00a.m

• Noise: Please behave respectfully and considerately towards other guests and neighbours at all times, and try to keep the volume of your conversations, televisions and music at a moderate level so as not to disturb others. The hours of silence or rest are between 10:00p.m. and 8:00a.m. It is strictly forbidden to organise any kind of party or event on the property

• Cleaning is not necessary, but please leave the apartment in the same condition in which it was found, washing any used dishes and throwing away the rubbish which must be left in front of the main door after 8:00p.m.

• Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.

• Only 1 dog up to 10kg is accepted with a surcharge of 30€.

• A baby cot is available with a 30€ surcharge. Please notify us in advance.

• Damage: Guests undertake to leave the property in good condition and will be responsible for any missing or broken items. They also assume responsibility for the actions of all other guests included in their reservation. Any damage caused by guests to objects, furniture or property in general will be their sole responsibility, and must cover the amount of repair or replacement. If the keys are lost, the door key will be changed and the cost will be charged to the guest. All these rules are accepted by guests on signing their rental agreement during check-in.
